USAA Magazine recently featured Blue Rudder in an article on becoming your own boss. While I sometimes miss the camaraderie and teamwork aspects of a traditional job, I am finding the freedom of finding my own way quite refreshing. God has blessed me with some wonderful opportunities to write (Hope Unseen), teach (at Columbia Basin College and with Blue Rudder), and lead (the Richland Heat).
